Stefan Fodor is the founder of Fodor Law Office, focusing on real estate and corporate law. He represents private equity funds, investors, developers, operators, lenders, and borrowers in a wide range of real estate transactions, from multi-generational agricultural clients to the largest development in Teton County history. His work spans hospitality, income-producing, residential, deed-restricted, and industrial properties.

He advises small to mid-sized companies on growth, strategy, and transactions, and serves as counsel to business owners, boards, and directors. Stefan also represents venture capital funds.

He began his legal career at Mintz Levin in Boston after earning his J.D. from North Eastern University School of Law and continues to collaborate with practitioners at the firm.

Stefan has held leadership roles in several local organizations, including as the Chair of the Teton County Planning Commission, the Animal Adoption Center, and a nonprofit focused on OHV access.
