Tanager Namesake

Tanager Bank takes its name from the vibrant Western Tanager, a striking songbird that graces Wyoming's high mountain forest each summer nesting among the lofty conifers. With its radiant yellow plumage and bold scarlet head, it is a living emblem of the beauty and resilience of the region's wilderness. In Native American culture, this bird embodies hope, happiness, and new beginnings.
