Ryan Rans is a seasoned real estate developer and investor, serving as Founder and Managing Partner of Great Lakes Capital (GLC). With over two decades of experience, Ryan has positioned the firm to capitalize on opportunities in debt and equity across various market segments and cycles.

Under his guidance, GLC has developed assets across multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, and hospitality projects. Ryan is also Founder and CEO of Prime Hospitality Group, operating restaurants and hotels across six states.

He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in finance. He lives in Jackson with his wife Kristy, and the two of them enjoy downhill skiing and fly fishing among other outdoor pursuits.
