Olga Salmina brings over 20 years of banking experience to Tanager Bank, with deep roots in the Jackson Hole community she has called home for 25 years. Her career spans branch management, sales leadership, and operations across community and regional banks — including Bank of the West, First Republic Bank, and most recently Bank of Jackson Hole.
Known for building strong teams and delivering exceptional client experiences, Olga gravitates naturally toward the operational side of banking — the work that makes branches run well and clients feel genuinely cared for.
A graduate of Minsk State Linguistic University with a Bachelor’s degree in English, German Languages and Teaching, Olga brings both a global perspective and deep local knowledge to her role.
Olga joins Tanager Bank as VP of Branch Operations, where she will help shape the client experience across our growing Wyoming markets.
