Mindy Dodge brings 25 years of banking experience to Tanager Bank, rooted in the Evanston, Wyoming community she has called home for 36 years. Originally from Utah, Mindy began her career as a teller and has steadily advanced through nearly every facet of community banking — including Service Manager, Branch Manager, Loan Administrator, and Commercial Lender — before taking on oversight of the full loan department at Uinta Bank.

Her depth of experience across both the retail and lending sides of banking gives her a rare, ground-level understanding of what it takes to run a branch and serve clients well. Mindy knows her market, her clients, and her community in a way that can only come from decades of dedicated local service.

Mindy joins Tanager Bank as SVP of Operations, where she will lead operations across our Evanston, Rock Springs, and Mountain View markets.
