Jake is a Wyoming native with 27 years of experience in banking, most recently holding the position of EVP-Chief Lending Officer at Rocky Mountain Bank. With progressive leadership experience, he has developed and executed lending strategies across various portfolios, prioritizing strong credit quality and risk management practices. Throughout his career, Jake has demonstrated expertise in banking, and outside of work, he has owned and operated a central Wyoming cattle ranch for over a decade and invested in residential and commercial real estate.

Jake’s educational background includes a BA from the University of Wyoming, a Graduate-level certificate in the Business of Banking from Pacific Coast Banking School, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
